While at Adler his portfolio consisted of three office buildings in the Diamond Bar area, an office building complex in Orange County, two high rise buildings in Long Beach and buildings located in North Hollywood, Pomona, Pasadena and Glendale.
Prior to working at Adler Realty Investments he worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services where he managed over 700,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of office buildings located throughout Southern California.
He is a graduate from Brigham Young University and has obtained the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Over the years, Austin has worked with real estate developers and managed up to $24 million dollars in construction in Los Angeles, CA. He has also managed the new construction for many named restaurants such as Burger King, Charlies Steakhouse, Wendy’s, and Yoshinoya.
