Alliant Construction is an established General Contractor serving Southern California.

Alliant’s founders have proudly provided general construction services in Southern California since 1998.

Alliant Construction was founded by Ken Leon and Dan Zayas in 2019 with the goal for providing high quality, responsive construction services to its clients through a detail oriented project and construction management approach.

We have successfully assembled a strong in-house team of local qualified, experienced tradesman and a stable of excellent subcontractors. Alliant has quickly developed a reputation as a reliable contractor with a knack for going the extra mile.

Alliant provides both construction and project management services to its clients including building capital improvement projects.

In House Building Maintenance

Alliant also provides in-house building maintenance services for our clients’ smaller projects that require a timely response at a competitive price.

We understand that faster response time and customer relationships are a key to our success. So we take great pride in our servicing our customers and completing our construction timely and at the highest construction standard.

Ken Leon

President With over 20 years of construction experience, Ken oversees operations, corporate business development for Alliant Construction. Having made his mark in the industry by specializing in mismanaged or under-utilized assets, Ken’s vision, knowledge and experience in ground up commercial construction, value engineering/ design, and real estate investing have been instrumental in his success. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Leon has built ground up NNN build to suit projects and renovated over hundreds of thousands of square feet of office properties across Southern California. Ken currently lives in Southern California with his wife and three sons. read more

Dan Zayas

Vice President Dan has over 15 years of commercial property management experience. He worked as an Asset Manager with Adler Realty Investments overseeing all of their Southern California properties, which total over a million square feet. As an Asset Manager he supervised four property managers and a maintenance crew of five. He was directly involved in the acquisitions of buildings, renovations and leasing of all properties. He also was responsible for lease renewal negotiations and the construction management of tenant improvements.

While at Adler his portfolio consisted of three office buildings in the Diamond Bar area, an office building complex in Orange County, two high rise buildings in Long Beach and buildings located in North Hollywood, Pomona, Pasadena and Glendale.
Prior to working at Adler Realty Investments he worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services where he managed over 700,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of office buildings located throughout Southern California.

He is a graduate from Brigham Young University and has obtained the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
